Delivery/Shipping Policy

All orders are placed and processed via phone or email by our Order Desk within twenty-four to forty-eight hours after payment is received. We provide fast and efficient shipping from our manufacturing plant in Weston, Ohio throughout the United States, Canada and Australia. Shipping costs are based on the classification, weight and volume of the items shipped and the commercial business destination point. Other factors such as liftgate delivery, prior notification, residential, etc. may factor into the freight cost. All orders are shipped via ground through the best available common carrier. You also have the option of using your preferred ground carrier or picking up with your truck at our plant.
