Return/Refund Policy

• Unopened/unused products in their original containers are eligible for refund upon their return within thirty days of receipt. Cresset’s warehouse accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund, order credit or exchange, as determined by Cresset. Only unopened products are accepted, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees.
• Cresset lists several types of products that are not eligible for return, including discontinued items, opened chemicals, and refrigerated products.

• Cresset Chemical Company accepts returns of new, regular stock items within thirty days of receipt but not improperly stored, special order, used, or expired materials. Hazardous materials require an accredited HAZMAT shipper for return.
